Prices
Prices are for the villa per week.

Unless otherwise arranged and paid for, your villa price does not include:
Accommodation additional guests
Flights to Cyprus
Car hire
Beach towels
Airport-villa-airport transfers
Upgrades and additional services
Any breakages, damage, losses, extra cleaning necessitated
Holiday travel insurance
We apply a security bond of £150. This is payable with your booking. Unless you cause any damage to the villa and its facilities it will be returned to you in full after your holiday.
Availability
See straight away if The Hibiscus House is available for your preferred holiday dates by checking our booking calendar. This is updated every week.
To ensure everyone's stay is a pleasant and enjoyable one, we ask that you vacate our villa by 10.00am on the date of departure. Equally to give enough time for the villa to be cleaned and the inventory checked you will not be able to check into the villa until 2.00pm onwards on the date of your arrival.
For spring holidays and winter sun holidays between November and May, we can be far more flexible - don't be afraid to ask!

We will confirm receipt of your booking by email and confirm the cost by a second within five working days, telling you how much to pay immediately, how to make your payment.

Pay your Deposit
You send us your deposit and we confirm receipt by email.
Pay your Final Amount
We remind you by email shortly before the remainder of your payment is due together with the security bond - this will be 8 weeks prior to departure. You send us the remainder of your payment and we confirm receipt by email. We will send you full details relating to your booking.
